The award-winning Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid can add a familiar title to its running list of accolades. For the third time, the Chrysler Pacifica has been honored as the overall Best Family Car by the Greater Atlanta Automotive Media Association. This is also the fourth year in a row the top honor went to a vehicle manufactured by FCA.
“The Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid earned our highest honor with a winning combination of technology, functionality, drivability and family-friendly features, in addition to segment-leading fuel efficiency and a comprehensive infotainment system,” said Daryl Killian, GAAMA president and host of The AutoNsider on News & Talk 1380 WAOK, an Atlanta-based Entercom radio station.
The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid is available at three trim levels — Touring Plus, Touring L, and Limited. Each trim power source is a 3.6-liter V6 eHybrid engine paired to an eFlite Single Input Electronically Variable Transmission that generates a total system horsepower rating of 260. The well-equipped Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid earns an EPA-estimated combined efficiency rating of 82 MPGe.
As a family-friendly vehicle, the minivan offers advanced driver assist technologies such as Blind-Spot and Cross-Path Detection, ParkSense Rear Park-Assist with stop, and a ParkView Rear Back Up Camera as standard features.
Keeping everyone entertained and connected on the road is simple with smartphone integration technology of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which come standard on the 2019 Pacifica Hybrid. A standard Uconnect 4 infotainment system boasts a crystal-clear and easy-to-use 8.4-inch touch screen. The available Uconnect Theater offers wireless streaming and concert-level sound is distributed through the available 20-speaker Harman Kardon Sound System.
